1. SYSTEM ACCESS

By accessing the AGI-CAD neural interface ("The System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Unauthorized access attempts will be logged and reported to sector authorities.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All generated schematics, neural patterns, and code fragments remain the property of the user, subject to the Open Innovation License (OIL-V4). The System retains rights to telemetry data.

3. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

The System is provided "as is". We are not responsible for neural feedback loops, cognitive dissonance, or reality distortion events caused by misuse of the tools.
